Like water and oil. We are made up mostly of water. Every once in a while, I feel it necessary to use a bit of oil. How would most people go about massaging a heart? I love water.

Life disguise

Even in the rain, being in nature trumps your typical (in the cubicle) Monday morning. The beach might be the perfect alternative. Just get in the car and drive. Once on the road, if you notice snow around you - make sure you have snow tires or all-season radials on the vehicle. In fact, you may not even have to leave your home to get to a beach. Imagine - people who eat nuts on a regular basis suffer fewer heart attacks and in turn keep their distance from the grim reaper. These days the grim reaper has a cubicle set up right next to yours at work - but is also known to visit the beach every now and again.
