Fire Fire, in...

Port of Spain, the capital city of Trinidad & Tobago had a major fire yesterday, destroying businesses and causing millions of dollars in damage. Well actually it was a small fire that spread over the course of the day and became unmanageable, because the fire department couldn't find enough water to put it out. This from a country that wishes to "acquire First World status" by the year 2020. Trinidad's Vision 2020 plan to become a first world nation is hopeful but doubtful. Fire Service officials stated that the fire could have been contained earlier if the fire hydrants in the area contained water. What exactly did these hydrants contain? My guess would be either whipped cream or rum. Knowing Trinidad, had there been enough water, there would have been another reason why the fire burned out of control. Well just to let the people in charge know—there's a lot of water in the ocean accessible via any beach which is where the Vision 2020 plan should lie buried in the sand.
