Here is an idea that has been thrown around for years - ok, this is real. For one day each year we will abandon the masks we wear in our daily lives and gladly, physically mask ourselves so that we can be our true selves. Halloween anyone? It seemed as if costume balls from earlier times were more commonplace, or maybe this observation is based on the movies I once found entertaining. My prediction is that in the distant future we will do away with halloween as we will not be able to confront the revealed self, therefore choosing to forgo the masking even for one day.
